OUR TEAM
Our team of staff are all very experienced and qualified in Early Years provision.
Our staff are our biggest asset and they each go above and beyond on a daily basis for the children. They are passionate about supporting the children and helping them develop into brilliant, confident individuals.

Dawn Rogers
Leader
Dawn has a BA Hons Degree in Young Children's Learning and Development and qualified in DNN.
Dawn is employed to work on site Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Responsible for: Day to day running of the setting, Dawn works with the staff team to care and educate the children in the setting, holding close communication with parents and the committee. Dawn is the named nominated person for Ofsted.
Dawn is the group's named SENCo who works closely with children and families of children with additional needs.
A qualified Paediatric First Aider and is qualified to administer a prescribed Epi pen.
Completed the safer recruitment, food hygiene and safeguarding basic online training and prevent.
Samantha Dent
Deputy
Sam is the named deputy and works closely with Dawn and the staff team. Sam is employed at Fountains and works Tuesday and Friday.
Sam is qualified Level 3 Playgroup Assistant and a qualified paediatric first aider. She is qualified to administer a prescribed Epi pen and has completed the Safeguarding basics online training and prevention. She has also completed the food hygiene training.
Victoria Ellmore
Playgroup Assistant
Vikki is employed at Fountains Playgroup and works Tuesday & Friday.
She is a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse and a qualified paediatric first aider. She has completed the Safeguarding basic online training and prevent. Completed food hygiene training.
Katherine Tulip
Playgroup Assistant
Kath is employed at Fountains and works on a Wednesday.
Kath is a qualified Level 3 Playgroup Assistant and a qualified paediatric first aider. She has completed the Safeguarding basic online training and prevent and food hygiene training.
Judith Kelly
Playgroup Assistant and DSL
Judi is employed and works at playgroup on a Monday and Thursday.
She is a Level 3 qualified and a qualified paediatric first aider. Judi is our named Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
She has completed the Safeguarding basic online training and has had basic food hygiene training.
Our staff attend training run by NYCC North Yorkshire Education Services.
